When we were created, our tissues and cells were given instructions (in our DNA) about how to repair themselves. For instance, if you have a cut in your skin or a broken bone, the body heals those cells and tissues naturally.
Your ability to repair yourself can be decreased or limited by negative or harmful influences such as excessive noise, excessive heat or cold, impure or contaminated food, water, and air. We may be exposed to these things through the things we ingest, breathe or absorb through our skin. We are also bombarded with harmful electromagnetic radiation, from cell phones, computer screens, televisions, microwaves, artificial light, 5G and harmful sound frequencies.
We are made of energy, down to the smallest particle or atom. Our cells and tissues carry a charge, and there is an optimum charge at which we can exist, thrive and repair. All of those harmful influences, injury, and illness reduce the charge of our cells and impact our ability to repair.
