meditation course(1st in a series of 6) was GREAT

Last night I attended a Past Life Regression held at Healthy Body Healthy Soul and it was a very healing event for me. As someone who has had a hard time being able to "see" or "hear" anything, these events usually are ones I do not attend because I leave feeling as if I got nothing from it-however, last night was a completely different experience for me. Cindy Teague held loving space for every kind of person with every kind of experience, and it was just very special. Thank you to Faith and Daphne for such an incredible Light System and for allowing us to soak up all the benefits while we participated in the event.

Unymed Light Therapy session was superb, relaxing, and worth the time investment!! Faith, Daphne and Jenna are delightful, give you tips, pointers and educate you on the process before and after. Highly recommend for those wanting to uplevel their health, biohacking and spiritual journey!!🙏❤️🥰

Even being skeptical, you cannot walk away from the light room without: relaxation, mental clarity, positivity, and or inflammation of the body. Really, an incredible experience that which I've now go to go deep dive into the studies and research!

I enjoyed my first visit to Healthy Body Healthy Soul and wasn't sure what it was. The experience was very relaxing and calming, which I work on daily. The room was comfortable and there are some interesting events coming up that I may give a try.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff who made me feel so welcome and comfortable. My experience was unique in the room I was able to commune with my subconscious mid and able to realize and release some of my resistence that I have experienced over the years. I know that each person will experience differently, I encourage everyone to check it out especially my brothers and sisters veterans. I will definitly be back.

The staff were so helpful and such a pleasure to talk with. I felt the amazing and powerful energy as soon as I walked in The Light System room. We had a 2 hour session, I fell into a deep sleep within minutes, and woke feeling like I had slept for days, so completely renewed. I highly recommend regular sessions for optimal health!

Healthy Body Healthy Soul has played a key role in my healing journey over the past 2 years. I’m grateful to have had local access to the light system as I managed side effects of chemo and radiation therapy for stage 3 cancer. I experienced noticeable improvements with only 8-10 hours in the light system, including a deep sense of peace, decreased anxiety and near-complete resolution of an itching rash I had suffered with for nearly a year after treatment. Also, I was able to get more focused on the positive aspects of my life while releasing trapped negative emotions through Body Code sessions with Dr. Faith Joubert. Next, I look forward to spending time in the Red Light Bed to support my bilateral hip replacement recovery. I’m amazed how light can be channeled to help our bodies heal. I would like to thank the Owners of the Healthy Body Healthy Soul,, in North Park in Covington,, The Atmosphere and the Enhanced Electric Room along with the Light Therapy ,, has an Amazing Energy Effect on my Body,, as I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who has Suffered From Broken Vertebrae and herniated disc and Bulging Disc as well as my spinal cord is being pinched in multiple areas from my injuries as well as traumatic head and brain injuries as well,,, I have been in severe pain for many years. And when I am able to go and spend time in the EE Room it is so Amazing just how much relief that I am able to get,,, from being in the room. The Owners have managed to provide a wonderful atmosphere and everyone there is so nice and friendly and it is a very peaceful space that when I go in there for a 4 hour session,, or even better was to experience an overnight session last week and it's just amazing how much pain relief and energized and happier that I feel each time that I go there !
I Highly Recommend and Suggest that you Go there and try it for yourself !

Excellent services. The Light System has contributed to my personal healing and wellbeing. THe staff is very supportive. I have had reduced back pain, improved sleep and mental clarity. I highly recommend their services. Staff is very friendly. They offer multiple services that is suitable for broad array of individual needs. I look forward to each Light System treatment because of my improved quality of life.

The frequency room allowed me to slow down and relax without the noise of the world, cellphones, etc. Faith took the time to explain the science behind it and why it works. Very cool stuff! I will definitely be back.

Healthy body, healthy mind has so many unique therapy modalities that are benefiting our family through some much needed areas of healing. From the scalar energy light room, red light therapy, and the emotion code with Faith, every experience has been calming, comforting and healing. My husband and I both have experienced a relief of pain, discomfort, and have felt a renewed sense of internal harmony and balance.
