What is Red Light Therapy?

Red Light Therapy (RLT), also called photobiomodulation, is one of the most foundational tools that can be used for healing, recovery, and cellular support. It’s non-invasive, evidence-backed, and works at the cellular level, which is why its benefits can feel so profound and wide-ranging.
